Life at our company

We pride ourselves on creating a fun and friendly workplace. We have themed monthly meetings with delicious treats in addition to fun team competitions! Our kitchen is constantly filled with different food, and you might even catch someone frying something up! We have annual traditions such as our 12 Days of TechMas Giveaway, Step Competition and our Team Summer Event! We’ve gone to Greenfield Village, Jimmy John’s Field and Cedar Point, just to name a few! Did we mention we giveaway Detroit Red Wings and Tigers tickets to our team?

About Centaris

Centaris is a 40+ year old technology services provider focused on solutions for small to medium size businesses from 3-300 PCs. Centaris has two offices located in Sterling Heights and Petoskey. Centaris is a recognized industry leader in Managed Services and in consulting, implementation, support and training for Office 365. Centaris has certifications for Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, SonicWall and Hewlett Packard, to name a few.

At Centaris, we pride ourselves in working as a team to ensure that we follow one of our core values, We Care. Our primary goal is to create a fun and friendly work environment that makes our employees look forward to coming to work.

We hold themed monthly staff meetings that include a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. We have out of office events that include friends and family members.

Our past events have included our annual Christmas parties at Dave and Busters or Comedy Castle and Summer events at Greenfield Village, Jimmy John’s Field, The Detroit Zoo and Cedar Point!

We love to cheer on our favorite sports teams including a friendly, but competitive battle to win the annual Centaris football pick ‘em trophy. We also care a lot about food. Our kitchen is constantly filled with fun treats that our team brings in for all kinds of celebrations. Speaking of celebrating, did we mention that we celebrate new hires, work anniversaries, birthdays and new born babies? Most importantly, we love to give back to charities and our surrounding communities. Our most recent fundraising activity is Casual for a Cause allowing our employees to wear Jeans on Friday if they donate a dollar! We use those funds to buy toys and adopt families for Christmas!
