Service Support Request Procedures - Normal Business Hours

Normal Business Hours
Service Support is provided by Centaris/CCare 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday.

Service Support Request - After Normal Business Hours

If your issue is urgent and is outside regular office hours (7 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday):
  1. Dial 248-284-7171
  2. Select Option 1 to have an engineer paged

Note: A premium fee may be charged.
