Changing Your Cloud Radial Pin Code
Support PINs help us to identify you when you call in for support for account related issues such as password resets. Verifying your identity when requesting a password reset prevents a malicious actor from initiating a password reset on your account. When you set your Support PIN in the CloudRadial Portal it automatically (and immediately) syncs with our ticketing system.
How to Change Your Cloud Radial Support Pin Code:
Navigate to Cloud Radial by going to my.centaris.com
Login
Click your name in the upper right corner.
Click on “Support Pin”, type in a new pin and click “Submit”
