What is end of support?
Beginning January 12, 2016, only the most current version of Internet Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive technical supports and security updates. Internet Explorer 11 is the last version of Internet Explorer, and will continue to receive security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.
What does this mean?
It means you should take action.
Issue: You cannot save Office 365 credentials in Office 2016 for Mac applications due to the Identity confirmation window not allowing you to choose “Always Allow” or “Allow”. You are forced to choose “Deny” which then does not save the user credentials in the Apple Keychain.

The problem with this viewpoint is that Microsoft has actually announced that they will be terminating support for XP on April 8, 2014.
What does the cessation of support mean for my business?
When Microsoft pulls support for one of its products this usually means three things:
