Do you remember when Microsoft launched Windows XP? How about Windows Vista? On October 22nd, 2009 Microsoft first introduced us to Windows 7. Yes, it’s been almost 10 years since Windows 7 was launched! Now it’s time to say goodbye to Windows 7.

We’ve been talking for months about preparing for Windows 7 End of Support. Let’s cover some of the basics regarding the end of Microsoft 7 as the deadline continues inching closer:

What does end of support mean? Microsoft will no longer be providing technical support, software updates and security updates.

What does end of support mean for your business? While you can continue to use Windows 7 after support ends, we highly advise against it due to the fact that your devices will become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses.

When is end of support happening? After January 14th, 2020.
